Vacuum Railcar Unloading System

When unloading from a vacuum-type railcar, material is generally vacuum conveyed from the railcar to an intermediate receiver and then pressure conveyed to the final destination. These independent systems allow separate vacuum and pressure line sizes and airflows to account for capacity and conveying distances.

Pressure Differential (PD) Railcar Unloading System

Pressure Differential (PD) railcar unloading systems use a positive displacement blower package to pressurize the railcar to force the product into the convey line.  A diverter at the PD blower splits the airstream to provide air to convey the product to a receiver or storage silo.

Pressure Differential Truck Unloading System

Pressure Differential (PD) truck unloading systems use the truck’s integrated positive displacement blower package to pressurize the trailer to force the product into the convey line.  A diverter at the PD blower splits the airstream to provide air to convey the product to a receiver or storage silo.
