Continuous Blenders

Unit Overview:

Hayes & Stolz Continuous Blenders, available for Low, Medium or High Intensity blending applications, are another result of our commitment to the technology of mixing and blending. Our extensive line of continuous blenders fit an almost endless variety of blending requirements in some of the most demanding applications. With manufacturing experience since 1945, Hayes & Stolz offers Continuous Blenders that are unsurpassed in dependable continuous blending.

Continuous Blenders can be manufactured with carbon steel, abrasion-resistant steel, or stainless steel with either Stainless Steel Commercial (SSC-I), Sanitary (SSS) or Ultra-Sanitary (USSS) finishes.

High quality materials and workmanship throughout provide economical, maintenance free operation.

Applications for Hayes & Stolz Continuous Blenders include: blending of multiple dry ingredients; blending liquids with dry ingredients; liquid coating of dry materials; and paste/sludge/slurry blending.

Model "SA" Single Shaft Paddle Blenders:

The highly efficient Hayes & Stolz Single Agitator (SA) Blenders are designed with single u-trough housings and paddle shaft assemblies. The pitch of the paddles is easily adjustable for controlling the intensity of the mixing action. SA Single Agitator Blenders are typically used for low to medium intensity blending with operating speeds from 40 to 300 RPM.

Model "DA" Dual Shaft Paddle Blenders:

The highly efficient Hayes & Stolz Dual Agitator (DA) Blenders are designed with double u-trough housings and counter-rotating paddle shaft assemblies. The pitch of the paddles is easily adjustable for controlling the intensity of the dual mixing action DA Dual Agitator Blenders (Pug Mills) are typically used for low to medium intensity blending with operating speeds from 40 to 300 RPM

Model "L56" Single Shaft Paddle Blenders:

The highly efficient Hayes & Stolz L56 Blenders are designed with tubular housings and paddle shaft assemblies. The pitch of the paddles is easily adjustable for controlling the intensity of the mixing action. The tubular housing design allows for control of increased blending intensity when required, making the L56 excellent for liquid-to-dry processes and for de-agglomeration applications.

L56 Blenders can be used for low, medium or high intensity blending with operating speeds from 40 to 700 RPM.

Model "EZ" Single Shaft Ribbon / Paddle Blenders:

The highly efficient Hayes & Stolz E-Z Blenders are designed with u-trough housings and ribbon shaft assemblies with adjustable back-pitch paddles. The pitch of the paddles is easily adjustable for controlling the intensity of the mixing action. The low-speed ribbon shaft design makes the E-Z Blender excellent for gentle blending of fragile ingredients and for coating dry materials with a liquid.

E-Z Blenders are typically used for low intensity blending with operating speeds from 30 to 60 RPM.
